Refund/cancellation policy- All Payments will be made at the beggining of the pay period proir to the time being used. It will serve as a retainer. All time used will be charged and payment will be garnished from your retainer. In the event that you chose to cancel your contract with us, any remaining funds that were not used will be refunded.

Fullfillment policy- We will provide phone and remote services as needed and requested. Our regular based services will be from 7am.-5pm. eastern standard time. Our after hours rates will apply if our services are requested outside of 7am-5pm eastern standard times.

Terms and Conditions- Any instruction, or guidance while using our services will be at your own risk. We will not be held responsible or liable for any damage done to equipment or personal injury. To include, any advice and/or knoweledge shared will be for educational purposes only. With payment for our services, this implies agreement with our terms and conditions.
