All contract requests will be retained and itemized in $5/minute intervals during regular business hours.
Any after hours appointments can be requested for specific times and/or days at $10/minute.
Prior to committing to a contract we offer a 2-3 month trial period, after which a yearly contract will follow if both parties are satisfied. Contractual agreements will be individually dependent, and adjusted accordingly to serve your company's needs. Monthly subscription fees will apply.
Our primary purpose is to offer technical support on multiple levels, and focus to help companies keep their contracts and grow to acquire more.
With a contract, we will provide a client log- in account through our call center app and 24/7 logs will be accessible to our clients. Customers will receive a company profile and the ability to see details such as which mechanics are calling in and for how long. Also, you will be provided a google share drive. This includes access to legally obtained related documentation as needed per jobsite.
If preferred, we can offer individual or company wide personnel training seminars. Primarily pertaining to basic troubleshooting, common causes of shutdowns and providing an understanding of the electrical/mechanical devices. Educating your team, and giving understanding of components within a circuit and on their overall purpose . While we are assisting over the phone or troubleshooting remotely, we will be training as well;, it’s important to us that we educate as we assist. We train while we troubleshoot, and explain how we find the problem and the thought process behind it all. We break down the process of troubleshooting and focus on the key elements that lead us to the problem.
Our goal is for your company to grow, and in the process this will help you gauge your assets within the company. We educate your employees and evaluate who is capable of troubleshooting the most difficult proprietary/non proprietary problems.
